A progressive tea sounds fun!

My neighbor bought my two girls a tea cup and saucer (different patterns and all their own) for us to have a tea party. I just need to find two more (one set for me and one set for oldest dd) and we'll be all set.

Yes, the hostesses made it to the other homes, although they did leave ahead of the group when theirs was the next house on the progessive tea.

A friend asked me another question. Were the hostesses able to participate at the other homes?

There were 16 guests and the 4 hostesses at the progressive tea. That was a comfortable number for a home tea and for people getting a chance to know each other better. We didn't ask guests to sit with different people at each house, but they did that naturally and it worked great.

A progressive tea sounds like a lot of fun, and it sounds like your mom's went really well. How many guests did they have?

I wanted to let you know that the teapot/warmer/tea arrived today. I gave it a test run tonight, and it was delicious. I wrote about it on my blog. Thank you for introducing me to looseleaf tea. :)
