The Steps to Creating a Tea Party Menu

July 8th, 2007

I have uploaded the article, The Steps to Creating a Tea Party Menu, to Tea Party Girl here. Most technical problems that kept me from working at home the last few days are fixed, except that I still can’t send e-mail. Until this is fixed, I will respond to any comments you leave here on-site and at your blog if you leave a url.

My next article will provide simple definitions of the different tea types, i.e. what’s a Ceylon tea vs. an Assam tea? I talk about the different tea types in the Tea Party Menu article because I address how to pair food with different teas. I apologize if this is confusing before I release the next article.

What is YOUR biggest challenge when planning a tea party event?

What about Pink Teas? Do you have any helpful information? We, a few moms, are going to host a Pink Tea for the girls of the 4th grade class.
